Admissions Process: What to Expect

Pre-Admission Screening

Your journey begins with a pre-admission phone call. An admissions specialist will collect information about your substance use history, medical needs, and treatment goals. We’ll also review insurance coverage or payment options to ensure a smooth transition into care.

Once completing the pre-screening, we move on to an in-depth consultation with a licensed therapist to determine the level of care needed. Our in-depth consultations inquire about:

  • Medical History: A review of your health and substance use history.
  • Psychiatric & Dependency Evaluation: An assessment of your mental and emotional health.
  • Psychosocial Evaluation: A discussion with a therapist about your personal goals and challenges.

These assessments allow us to create a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
