We offer semi-private rooms with a maximum of two clients per room. Each room has an attached half-bath, providing a comfortable and private space. Clients are provided with personal storage, including a set of drawers, a nightstand, and a bulletin board, allowing them to display photos, artwork, positive affirmations, or other meaningful items.
Sometimes, private rooms may be available, depending on bed availability and extenuating circumstances. Private rooms can also be offered for an additional daily rate, payable out of pocket, as insurance coverage only extends to semi-private accommodations.
However, we highly encourage clients to share a room, as the shared living environment can offer several therapeutic benefits. Having a roommate fosters a sense of safety and community, promotes the development of new relationships, and can help prevent isolation. Sharing a room also allows one to practice essential life skills such as conflict resolution, patience, and effective communication. Additionally, roommates can offer valuable peer support and motivation and reduce feelings of loneliness during the treatment process.
